Twenty Years in Saskatchewan Events
Armed With Harmony started in Saskatoon in 2005. Since then, we've done weddings, corporate holiday parties, school dances, fundraisers, community events, nightclub nights, and outdoor pop-up movie screenings — across Saskatoon, Regina, Prince Albert, Lloydminster, Edmonton, and most points in between.
We're a family-run small business. Every DJ on our team is trained by Trystan Meyers (DJ Anchor), a 2012 Stylus DJ Awards winner who still DJs actively. When you book with us, you're getting people who know what they're doing because they've done it hundreds of times — and because the person who built this company is still on the floor.
What We Do
We're a one-stop shop for event entertainment. That means you don't need to find a separate company for every piece of your event.
DJ Services — Six packages from a straightforward small-show setup through to a full music video production with projector screens, fog machines, and unlimited dance time. All packages include a catalogue of 100,000+ clean music titles from 1950 to current, across every genre — country, pop, rock, hip hop, electronic, polka, Bhangra, and more. We take requests and we read the room. Every event gets its own planning forms and consultation beforehand so we show up knowing exactly what you need.
Photo Booths — Four styles: private enclosed tent, open air, green screen, and digital. All booths include props, unlimited photo strips, a 22-inch touch screen, studio lighting, and a download link to every file captured. Capacity runs about 60 people per hour.
Lighting — Up lighting to transform your venue in any colour, plus monogram lighting to project your name, logo, or a custom image as a spotlight anywhere in the room.
Special Effects — Dance on a Cloud for your first dance, indoor cold spark sparklers, fog, balloon drops, and disco balls.
Outdoor Movies — Inflatable pop-up drive-in theatre for community events, private screenings, and corporate functions.
Audio Visual and Live Sound — Projector and screen rentals, full live sound production, and complete event production for larger events.
Interactive Entertainment — We host Name That Tune, Family Feud, Fastest Finger, and other crowd games. Several of our corporate clients bring us back specifically for this.
How We Work
Every booking starts with a free consultation — phone or in person. From there, you get access to our online planning portal and detailed event forms. By the time we show up, we know your timeline, your music preferences, your venue layout, and anything else that matters.
We post real photos from real events on our website and social media. No stock photos. You'll find video tutorials on our YouTube channel that show exactly what each package looks like before you commit to anything.
Booking
A 50% deposit holds your date. We accept cash, cheque, credit card, PayPal, and e-transfer. Events more than two hours from Saskatoon require mileage and a $125 accommodation charge. Regina events fall within our regular travel range.
